Ice and Lava tiles can have child collectable item placed on them:
Lava item interacts with player differently depending on player's material.
Paper player will burn instantly after stepping (landing) onto Lava.
Stone player is completely immune to Lava.
Any other material has its own heat resistance duration:
For Rubber it's 1.2 seconds.
For Wood it's 5.8 seconds.
For Glass it's 7.0 seconds.
For Metal it's 7.5 seconds.
Player is exposed to Lava only on a direct contact with it. The moment player stops a direct contact, the cooldown process is started. Heating/cooldown is accumulative and work exactly opposite of each other increasing or decreasing heat exposure time until it either reaches zero, or reaches the threshold above, and level is declared failed.
If player steps on Water Block, player cools down immediately.
Stepping (or landing) on Ice makes player slide in a direction they were looking at the moment of a contact with Ice.
If there are multiple Ice tiles one after another, player will slide on them until they end.
If last Ice tile cannot make player roll (see rolling rules), player will fall from the edge.
While sliding, player can jump only forward (in the direction of sliding) and cannot turn.
Pressing only Jump while sliding will make player jump forward as if Jump+Formard is pressed.
If Metal player lands on an Ice tile from the height of 3 world cells or higher, Ice tile will shatter. If this tile was attached to a Glass Block, the Block will also instantly shatter triggering player fall (regardless of jump/direction keys pressed at that moment).
If Wooden player lands on an Ice tile from the height of 4 world cells or higher, Ice tile will shatter. If this tile was attached to a Glass Block, the Block will remain intact, and player will softly land on it.
If Stone player steps (or lands) onto the Ice tile, the tile shatters.
